One day I was born in the mountains of a rainy city known in the world as Jerusalem.

from there my lovely parents took me to Kalia, A small Kibbutz in the north of the dead sea.
I grew up challenging the nature around me while, hiking, climbing, riding horses or swimming, outdoors.
later I appreciate this piece of special dessert one of the last real natural remote deserts in the area.

skipping forward to my university days, I felt confused and out of place,
on the one hand, my upbringing was so quiet and peaceful, but something along the way must have gone wrong.

I actually had everything, tons of friends and social circles, my own place, money, jam sessions, parties, college bubble around me, and a lot of romantic connections as well as a cute Swiss girlfriend at part of the time.

everything I wished for, but still, something wasn't right,
my own life long strong sensitivity let me come to terms with the fact I was depressed.
I started to question if everyone around me was too, but it was hard to tell as we were all drowning at school, buzz, sex, parties, and drugs.

at that time I couldn't ignore my inner pain anymore, and even more so: the constant emotional drama, thoughts chatter in my head, and the big questions I had about life.

I didn't feel in the right place, wanted to run away but couldn't, like the world was closing in on me, and the only thing to do was smoking or drinking something.

I tried psychologist, anti depress pills, and coaching, it was all nice but didn't do any change for the better in my motivation towards getting out of my hole.

then one day I accidentally stumbled on Youtube on some video, where the guy talked in a language directly to my heart.
he called it self development, and the main concept that his gonna teach me things, to change my own life independently.

I was in love from the first moment and found a new door to get out of the house and start walking my own road in life.
